• Do Not Freeze: Placing the tumbler in the freezer can damage the vacuum insulation seal and compromise its ability to retain temperature.

• Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use abrasive sponges or cleaners containing bleach or chlorine, as these can scratch the surface or degrade the metal.

• Lid Care: While many lids are top-rack dishwasher safe, hand washing is best to extend their lifespan. Periodically remove the rubber gasket on the lid for a thorough deep clean to prevent buildup.
