During giveaway periods, any and all Apparel & Merch orders are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns or refunds on any items purchased during these times. Once an order is placed, your contest entries are instantly and irrevocably submitted to our sweepstakes partner and we are unable to modify, cancel or withdraw these entries for legal reasons.
Shipping Insurance Policy
- At CJ Race Cars, we offer optional shipping insurance during checkout to provide our customers with added peace of mind for their purchases. This insurance helps protect your order in the event of loss, theft, or mis delivery during transit.
Responsibility for Uninsured Packages

If shipping insurance is declined at checkout, CJ Race Cars cannot be held responsible for any missing, lost, stolen, or mis delivered packages.

In such cases, the customer assumes full responsibility for the package once it leaves our facility and is in the possession of the shipping carrier.
Claims and Replacement Orders

If a customer files an insurance claim for a missing, lost, or mis delivered package, CJ Race Cars cannot resend or replace the order until the claim has been reviewed and approved by the shipping insurance provider.

We will work with customers to assist in the claim process, but the timeline and approval are determined solely by the insurance provider.

Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Missing or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Shipment Processing Times for Merch & Apparel
- Normal shipment times: please allow 1-2 weeks for your items to be processed and shipped.
- International shipment times: please allow 5-7 weeks from our ship date for your package to be delivered.
- Shipments placed during a pre-order, giveaway or holiday: please allow up to 4-6 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped.
Please allow full processing time prior to reaching out for your order status.
For Items Returned By The Mail Carrier
- If an incorrect address was entered by the customer, email merch@cjracecars.com immediately. If a package is sent with an incorrect address entered by the customer, we will let you know once we receive the package back and a new shipping fee must be paid by the customer to resend the package. Please note that CJ Race Cars can not be held responsible for packages that were sent out with an incorrect address and are not returned to us.
For Issues With Lost Packages
- Please contact the customer service department of the carrier with whom your package was shipped (typically UPS or USPS) to get a claim filed.
