All sales are final. There is no warranty stated or implied due to the unusual stress placed on racing parts and we have no control over how they are installed and used.


Shipping Insurance Policy

  • At CJ Race Cars, we offer optional shipping insurance during checkout to provide our customers with added peace of mind for their purchases. This insurance helps protect your order in the event of loss, theft, or mis delivery during transit.

Responsibility for Uninsured Packages

  • If shipping insurance is declined at checkout, CJ Race Cars cannot be held responsible for any missing, lost, stolen, or mis delivered packages.

  • In such cases, the customer assumes full responsibility for the package once it leaves our facility and is in the possession of the shipping carrier.

Claims and Replacement Orders

  • If a customer files an insurance claim for a missing, lost, or mis delivered package, CJ Race Cars cannot resend or replace the order until the claim has been reviewed and approved by the shipping insurance provider.

  • We will work with customers to assist in the claim process, but the timeline and approval are determined solely by the insurance provider.

Damages and issues

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Missing or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.


Return Policy

  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with any and all included hardware, and in its original packaging.

    To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@cjracecars.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:  4767 Drane Field Rd, Lakeland, FL 33811

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus our original shipping cost if the item was eligible for free shipping at time of purchase.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance as we can not guarantee we will receive your returned item and can not be responsible for any packages lost in transit.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Custom ordered parts and non-stock items are not eligible for refunds. 

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

  •  The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
